Free Estimates Once you call and schedule a free estimate, our team will carefully evaluate the extent of your car’s damage at our shop. The process usually takes about 30 minutes, in which we will use our I-CAR Gold Class certification and experience to thoroughly inspect not only the aesthetic damage, but also any hidden damage that may not be immediately apparent.
We strive to create a tailored, personal experience for each of our customers, and that starts with your estimate. There are several factors that can affect the overall cost of your repair. Because each car, damage type, and situation is unique, we insist on seeing your car in person before providing you with an estimate. Your satisfaction—and safety—is our utmost concern! Once your estimate is complete, we will review it with you, answer your questions, and schedule repairs!
Insurance Claim Assistance Maybe this is the first time you’ve ever been in an accident and you’re not sure what steps to take. Or perhaps your busy schedule has left you unprepared to manage the paperwork. We can help! We work with all insurance companies and can handle your claim for you once you have filed it with your insurance company. Shop of Choice Your insurance company, or the company insuring the other party’s vehicle, may have a collision repair provider that they prefer. You are not obligated to use their suggested shop. This is called Shop of Choice. You may choose to take your vehicle to any repair center and request that the insurance adjuster inspect and estimate your car’s damage there. Shuttle Service We understand it can be a big inconvenience to arrange transportation after you’ve dropped off your car.
